Wes Richardson, President
Wes attended schools in the Bristol Township and North Penn School Districts. The majority of his professonal work experience was attained from on-the-job training. Wes has completed professional classes at Penn Stateâs Abington Campus on project management, estimating, troubleshooting theory, and construction theory. On the construction site, Wes specializes in carpentry and troubleshooting.Â
Allison Richardson-Diehl, Office Manager
Allison graduated from Faith Christian Academy in 2012. Having always wanted to be a part of the family business as a child, Allison used to run around the house with a little tool belt and tools. When she became Office Manager, she was eager to learn everything she could beyond wearing a children's toy belt. She has worked in the field with Wes doing demolition and kitchen remodels and is now preparing to provide bids and read blue prints. One of the most important elements of her position is keeping all customers satisfied and happy with every aspect of AJ Richardson Builders. Allison takes great pride in her work and completes all tasks in a timely manner. This keeps both customers and the work teams on schedule and delighted with the company.
